We will shortly start invoicing PCT applications. After implementation, we will only accept payments using the CID number on the invoice. All payments in PCT applications which can not be linked to an invoice, will then be refunded. Information concerning the new payment procedures will soon be available on this web site.
We opened for full electronic filing of international patent applications using the PCT-SAFE or eOLF (full Online Filing client) on 2nd January 2012. We have allowed filing via PCT-easy for a transition period of one month and will therefore not accept PCT-easy as a filing tool after 2nd February 2012. PCT applications must be filed electronically via the PCT-SAFE or eOLF, on paper or as correspondence via Altinn.
From 2nd January 2012 we offer full online filing of international patent applications.
