Electronic filing

The Norwegian Industrial Property Office recommends electronic filing via Altinn, the Norwegian Internet portal for public reporting. Application forms are in Norwegian only. You will receive a receipt immediately after filing.

The forms below are available in PDF-format.
You wll need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.0 or newer to fill in and save the PDF files. The Reader is free of charge and may be downloaded from Adobe.

NB: These forms (with the exception of the Application forms) may be submitted electronically via Altinn (see information over). You may also print out the form, sign it and send it to: Patentstyret, Postboks 8160 Dep, 0033 Oslo, Norway.

To ensure that the Norwegian Industrial Property Office has received all the information necessary to handle your case, you should always use the latest version of the forms. The forms come with separate guidance notes.
