How to pay for the application
- You pay a fee when you apply, and it must be paid before we can process your application.
- You can pay the application fee by VISA, MasterCard or invoice.
- If you have paid the application fee, you will not receive a refund if you withdraw your application or we reject your application.
Didn't you pay by the deadline?
You will be charged a late fee and the payment deadline will be extended by six (6) months. Read more about how to avoid losing your rights.
Have you received an invoice that you are unsure about?
You should never pay an invoice from anyone other than Patentsyret or your authorized representative. Read more about misleading offers and fake invoices.
How to pay for renewal
- You must regularly pay a fee if you want to retain the rights.
- You will receive a notification letter when the payment deadline approaches, but no invoice.
- You can pay with VISA, MasterCard or via bank transfer.
- You can find the payment information for your trademark, design or patent in the register.
- You pay by first clicking on "Payment" / "Payment history" in the left menu, and then on the button with the shopping cart.
For trademarks and patents, the shopping cart button appears six (6) months before the payment deadline, for designs twelve (12) months before the payment deadline.
- If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please note the amount and use our bank details. You will not receive a receipt when paying this way.
