Letters and deadlines
Incoming mail may take some time to appear in our search service. However, your response will be registered in our case processing system, ensuring that your case is not closed as long as the deadline has been met.
You can log in to My cases using BankID or a similar service. Here you can extend the deadline and receive immediate confirmation.

Preliminary searches and assignments
We process preliminary searches on an ongoing basis. If the processing time exceeds our normal timeframe, a case officer will contact you. Please note that we do not offer express delivery for trademark services in July.
