Design ownership rights
We carry out a search to see if we can find any products or ornaments that have been applied for or previously registered, and which are identical to or resemble your product or ornament.
You will receive a listing of what registered designs or design applications exist in Norway for a particular type of product or for an ornament for a particular type of product.
When can a rights search be useful?
- When you want to obtain a basis on which to assess whether your design might infringe the design rights of others.
- When you want inspiration for the design of your product.
