- Correspondence to NIPO Use this form to reply to letters or to send other messages to the Norwegian Industrial Property Office (NIPO) regarding trademark, design and patent cases.
- Notification to NIPO regarding change in ownership, merger or change of name/address/representative
- Submit a written opposition to NIPO or KFIR (form in Norwegian only) Use this form to submit a claim or opposition to the Norwegian Industrial Property Office (NIPO), or file an appeal against NIPO’s decisions to the Norwegian Board of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights (KFIR)
- Request for recording of lien to NIPO Use this form to request a recording of lien in patent and trademark rights
- Ordering of WIPO DAS-code, priority document and certified copies from NIPO Use this form for ordering and paying for a WIPO DAS-code, or priority documents to NIPO for existing trademark, design and patent cases
- Receive letters from NIPO digitally Use this form to receive notifications from us by email. In the field "What is the inquiry?", write that you want to become an Altinn customer. Here you also enter all the case numbers you have with us. If you represent a company, the general manager of the company must delegate the role "Patent, trademark and design" to you in Altinn. This is done via the tab "Profile", "Others with rights to the business". Link to Altinn.
