He is also Chief Evangelist for the Startup World Cup, the world’s largest venture capital competition with a $1 million grand prize. A veteran Silicon Valley investor, Bill co-founded and led Garage Technology Ventures before its acquisition by Pegasus, and he co-authored Getting to Wow! Silicon Valley Pitch Secrets for Entrepreneurs. He has taught at Stanford and Berkeley and is a sought-after keynote speaker at innovation and investment events worldwide.

    Ingrid is the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Ludenso, an edtech company transforming textbooks with AI and AR. Partnering with leading publishers such as Cambridge and Springer Nature, Ludenso’s platform is used in classrooms worldwide to make learning more engaging and effective. With a background in entrepreneurship (NTNU & Babson), Ingrid leads the company’s impact and research collaborations and is a frequent international speaker, recognized as a Leading Woman in AI in Education at the ASU GSV Summit.

    Anne Marie has been recognized as Practitioner of the Year (Managing IP 2024) and as a Leading Partner in Intellectual Property by Legal 500 (2025). She advises Norwegian and international companies across sectors such as life sciences, medtech, aquaculture, and renewable energy, with extensive experience in IP litigation and strategic counseling. Anne Marie is also highly experienced in guiding transactions and investments where intellectual property is a key driver of business value.

    CEO of Cartesian

    Frode is the Co-founder and CEO of Cartesian, a spin-off from SINTEF specializing in thermal batteries for compact storage of heat and cold. He brings over 20 years of experience in strategic and financial advisory for technology-driven companies, and has previously founded two startups prior to Cartesian. Frode holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU.

    Partner - Bryn Aarflot

    Laura, IP-advisor to Cartesian, is a partner at Bryn Aarflot and a UK Chartered and European Patent Attorney. She has broad experience in strategic IP consulting, patent prosecution and analyses, and represents clients before NIPO, EPO and PCT authorities. Laura works with national and international clients in fields such as aquaculture, medical devices and Greentech, and has extensive experience advising startups and SMEs. She also serves as Norway’s national delegate to FICPI.
