Electronic filing of international patent applications via ePCT is at present unavailable

NIPO's service for electronic filing of international patent applications via ePCT is at present unavailable. eOLF is however up and running. Efforts to correct our technical problems are ongoing and we do apologise for any inconvenience.

Until the problem is solved we urge our customer to file PCT applications via Altinn (https://www.altinn.no/en/forms-overview/norwegian-industrial-property-office-nipo/korrespondanse-til-patentstyret/) or on paper.
