Do you want to become part of the community at the Norwegian Industrial Property Office, NIPO?

Apply for a job at the NIPO

When you apply, it is important that you tell us something about yourself, why you want to work with us and what motivation you have for the position. It is also important that you attach relevant diplomas and certificates to your application. Everyone who is called for an interview is asked to bring original diplomas and certificates or certified copies.

Take care of the job advertisement. When the application deadline has expired, the advertisement text disappears from the web.

Feedback

As soon as you have applied for a position with us, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your application has been received. After the application deadline has expired, we assess all applicants, before those who are suitable for an interview are contacted.

Only when the hiring process is over will an email be sent out that the position has been filled and who has been given it.

Information about you in the public applicant list

We create a public applicant list. It provides information on the name, gender, municipality of residence and age of all applicants for the position. There are very strict requirements to avoid being on such a list. If you do not want your name to appear on the list, you must tick the box and give reasons for this when you apply. If we cannot accept your request, you have the option to withdraw from the process.

Information in the extended applicant list

All applicants have the right to ask to see an extended list of applicants. It contains information about the name, age, education and work experience of all applicants for the position. It is not possible to avoid being on this list. The extended list of applicants will only be made available to applicants for the position.
