The Norwegian Design, Trademark and Patent Gazette are the official sources of information on industrial property rights (IPR) in Norway. They contain announcements and publications of trademarks, designs, patents, geographical indications (GI) and 6ter marks (international symbols) according to national regulations and international treaties and agreements on IPR.
Our new digital service gives you access to a wide range of new possibilities. You can search, view and download data, images and documents from the digital interface.
We hope our new digital gazettes will be experienced as both more accessible, user-friendly and interactive.

The PDF versions are valid until the launch
The launch date of the official and legally binding version of the Official Gazettes in digital format is Monday 4 March 2024. Until this date, there is still the Norwegian Design, Trademark and Patent Gazettes in PDF format showing the official and legal announcements.
