A safer path to market. Developing a new product or industrial process is expensive. With a Freedom to Operate search, you can assess the risk of infringing on someone else's patent rights.
Are you unsure about the validity of a patent? A validity search may reveal further documents not found during search and examination of the patent in question. The new documents found may clarify the scope of a patent or possibly invalidate the patent.
Do you want to find out if your invention is new before you apply for a patent? A novelty search gives you an overview of patent publications and other publications, so-called non-patent literature (NPL), that may be relevant to your invention. We adapt the search to your needs.
A patent landscape analysis gives you a comprehensive picture of trends, activities, and players within a specific technology area. This type of analysis provides insights that allow you to make strategic choices to plan research and development (R&D), shape industry policy, and find new market opportunities.
