Fees for filing PCT applications
Fees in connection with international patent applications are payable to the Norwegian Industrial Property Office as Receiving Office in accordance with the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).

| If the above-mentioned fees are not paid within the time limit, or are paid within the time limit but with an insufficient amount, the Norwegian Industrial Property Office will send a request for the remaining amount, in accordance with Rule 16bis in the Regulations under the PCT. A late payment fee is payable, corresponding to 50 % of the amount due. The amount of the late payment fee shall not exceed the international application fee and not be less than the transmittal fee. | ||
